Ray Brow, a longtime resident of Eastern Prince Edward Island and a dedicated community leader, has officially announced his intention to seek the Progressive Conservative nomination for District 2, Georgetown–Pownal, in the upcoming by-election.
With a deep record of service and innovation, Brow has spent decades working to strengthen local healthcare, education, and economic development across the region. He currently serves as Chair of the Kings County Memorial Hospital Foundation and Co-Chair of the Down East Community Clinic, where he has played a pivotal role in expanding access to vital health services for families throughout Eastern PEI.
“I’m running to ensure our communities continue to grow stronger, healthier, and more resilient,” said Brow. “I believe in practical leadership—grounded in experience, driven by innovation, and focused on results.”
Brow is committed to completing Georgetown’s Clean Tech Campus, building on the vision and groundwork laid by the former MLA Steven Myers. His leadership would focus on making Georgetown Prince Edward Island’s first net-zero community, setting a bold example for environmental stewardship and energy independence.
As a successful entrepreneur and inventor with numerous granted patents, Brow brings a unique blend of creative problem-solving and real-world business experience to the table. His approach to leadership is rooted in collaboration, innovation, and a deep respect for the people and potential of District 2.
“I’m proud to support Premier Lantz’s agenda of strengthening communities, supporting small businesses, and creating opportunities for families and future generations,” Brow added. “Together, we can build a brighter future for Georgetown–Pownal.”
The nomination meeting is scheduled for November 10, 2025.
