Brian Nash joins the District 19 Nomination Race to represent the PC Party in the upcoming by-election

MIDDLETON, PE - Middleton resident Brian Nash today announced his intention to seek the Progressive Conservative nomination for District 19, Borden-Kinkora, in the upcoming by-election.

“Borden-Kinkora has been well served by Premier Dennis King’s government and our communities will benefit by having an MLA who can advocate for them in government. I want to be that advocate for Borden-Kinkora in a Dennis King government,” says Nash.

Nash works in the technology industry and has been a volunteer and board member with the Charlottetown Mission Thrift Store, Judo PEI, and PEI Christian Home Educators. Nash is also an amateur genealogist who hosts a YouTube channel focused on genealogy and the history of Atlantic Canada.

“I care about my community and my province and I want to help ensure a better future for future generations of Islanders,” says Nash.  “I see so many opportunities for our communities and want to be a voice in government for the residents of Borden-Kinkora.”

Nash is the father of two adult adopted children; Emma who is 24 and lives in Calgary and Sebastian who is 22 and attends UPEI.   Nash lives in Middleton with Sebastian and his wife Michelle.   

The Nomination Meeting for District 19 is scheduled for Tuesday, January 9, 2024.   The doors open at 6:00 pm with the meeting being called to order at 7:00 p.m.   All members who are eligible to vote must pre-register before the meeting is called to order.
